My sales person Candace Charles was very friendly and knowledgable. She took the time to explain all of the features of the two cars I was interested in. When I arrived, she pulled the vehicle I was interested in to the front, opened all doors, hood and trunk. She went over all of the features of the car in depth. Of the other dealers I visited, she was the most knowledgable of all of them. She knew her product, it’s features, how to operate all of them and was able to answer all but the most technical of my questions. Most people would have been hard pressed to answer them anyway. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, courteous and very helpful. They have called to be sure I was pleased with my vehicle and whether I had any questions for them. I am very happy with my Sonata. I like the styling both interior and exterior. The steering wheel and dash controls are well laid out. The storage compartments are convenient and large enough to be usable. The inputs to the media stereo are in a convenient logical location instead of being hidden away in a console where they are hard to reach or will be in the way of storing personnel items. I am getting better than the EPA fuel economy rating both in town and on the highway.
This is a Testament of great salesmanship of Sterling Hyundai’s “Salesman of the Month”, Kristie Begnaud. Kristie demonstrated to us why she is so successful. She has the ability ask questions and listen to what was important to all of our family, Mom, Dad and Daughter.
When I called to make an appointment, I ask to speak to “The Salesman of the Month”. Kristie answered and right away I felt comfortable. We explained to Kristie that our daughter had recently been in an unfortunate accident and her car was totaled. Our daughter explained she wanted to move up to the next level of style and model of car. She had been driving an Elantra rental and liked the style and feel of this model. As Dad, I told my daughter, I think this car is too rich for your budget and steered her to a less expensive model.
Kristie listened with patience and read our body language petty well. Right away she asked “What is that monthly budget you are looking for?” We all sat down at her desk and looked over both models. She could tell our daughter wasn’t buying into my idea. Within minutes Kristie came up with a great plan to make the Elantra fit into our budget. A plan we could all agree on would work for us.
Our daughter got the car that made her happy and made us happy! Kristie’s listening, paying attention to our wishes, then using her creative skills as “Salesperson of the Month” gave us that huge touchdown feeling! Yes! Yes! Yes! Cha Ching!

I purchased a hyundai elantra limited from kristie beganud. The entire experience was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about each car and the different details each of them came with. She worked hard at giving me a great amount for my trade so my car notes could be exactly where I needed them to be. I’ve had my car for 6+ months, and each day I learn something new about it.
